Take a deep breath and have a good rest Robyn! Enjoy your break and let it be full of good mood, smiles, leisure and contemplation.. You are such a friend - thinking of us even when you are leaving! The theme of your post is extraordinary! I find these baskets beautiful and charming and am so thankful for the links you gave!
Revive, replenish and renew! Each of your posts is so rich with creative inspiration and are created with such care and attention, I can imagine you need a break! Look forward to your return. Going off to explore remodelista!
These baskets are called 'goodza baskets'. I come from Zimbabwe and we were young hippies we all used to buy bags called... goodza bags. I am sure that is not how you spell it... but I had mine for almost 20 years. Have a good break... will be waiting for your return.
Robyn, I love the free-form vessels shown here. Have a great break. I've had to do the same thing, take a blog break. I wasn't even sure why, completely, but I felt much renewed for it.
Enjoy your vacation! You will be missed.
